We guarantee our cleaning work. If the real estate agent identifies any cleaning deficiencies within 72 hours, we will return to rectify them at no additional cost. (Note: We cannot guarantee against non-cleaning issues like damage).
Does the house need to be empty?
Yes. For an end of lease clean to be performed effectively and to real estate standards, the property must be completely unfurnished.
